「The experience was very good, but the access to the hotel is confusing with no frontside pull-in. Access is through the parking garage, but you don’t get a room key to activate the entrance gate until you have checked in. Once this had been navigated, everything went well.」

「All the staff were fantastic, during the storm a tree fell on our house and we needed a dry safe place to stay. Even though the power was out they still checked us in and it was comfortable given the circumstances. Housekeeping was incredible.」
