"The mattresses on top of the vehicles outside are probably cleaner than the beds in the rooms themselves. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request. I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or Expedia."

"Overall, we had a good stay. Upon arrival, I had learned that our reservation had been canceled, but staff got it straightened out and was able to get us a room. There were a couple of little things such as the bathroom door not latching and it kept opening while we used it. And our ac didn’t work so it got warm in there especially that following morning. We would stay again!"
