There is a restaurant/bar on the 13th floor. AVOID the rooms on the 12th floor. You will hear the sound of chair being dragged on the floor constantly, coming from the 13th floor."

"Whereever I stay it has to be extremely clean and Picasso did not let me down. Every corner of the room was free from dust, hair and debris. The bathroom was clean and comfortable not the slightest hint of mold. The gym was spotless did not have a hint of odor and the equipment was well maintained. The facility smelled fresh not over powering. Last but certainly not least the staff were top notch, accommodating, polite and an excellent representation of the Filipino people! The location...
