"Looks better than the pictures! Very new and modern house. Very secluded, which is what we wanted. The house came with just about everything including bug spray which came in handy as it was a little buggy outside. We loved that it was pet friendly as we needed a place to bring our dog. My only suggestion would be to put a table and chairs on the outside deck. It’s a nice deck that could be put to use. An outside fire pit would have been cool too. "We could not have asked for a better experience. Went with a group of 5 for the eclipse and it was spectacular. Spotless and gorgeous cabin. Room for all and to spare. The view of the water, breathtaking. Went for a great 4 mile run in the morning. Bobbi Sue made the whole trip. Fantastic communication and we wanted for nothing . Cannot wait to come back!!!! "

"My room (#30) was rather comical. Floor was sloped up probably a foot from doorway to far corner. Felt like a circus fun room. Its just the character of a very old building. The room was nicely updated and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Travelled with a family member and was very happy to find a place near to other family who live in the area. Hotel is clean, bright, modernized. They are about to open a full kitchen adjacent to the very acceptable continental breakfast area which is presently available. Only issue is the creaky floors but they are not more than a bit of a distraction."

"If you're looking for a complete change of scenery from a dense city to a calm Forest but still maintain comforts of your home, you have come to the right place. We had an amazing time at the majestic place - in it's truest sense. Cons- it needed deep cleaning as the were bugs and wasps in sun room and balconies, and dust inside the house on floor and some furniture. Quite some confusion on Cleaning fee... Make sure that is sorted."
