My stay at the Carlson was really wonderful; great location, clean, spacious - the hosts were super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!
Our room at Carlson's was cozy, comfy, and super clean -- Carol met us for check-in and made sure we were settled in not just to the room but to the area. Absolutely appreciate the extra touch of hospitality - thank you to Carlson's for the great time in New Hampshire...we'll be back!
Lovely room. Owner arranged for a first floor room since I have mobility issues. It was too late to swim (brrr!) but pool was inviting even so. Gorgeous Fall scenery.

The room was clean and had incredibly comfortable. Everything you could wish for after a day of hiking. But the most memorable part were the people there. I never got the name of the owners, but they made you feel so welcomed. They remembered your name, checked in, and made the experience just wonderful
Great location to many hiking trails. Staff very helpful and informative on check-in.
My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Also had a gorgeous view!
Loved it here!
Incredibly clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room. We had a cooler so that was fine. We had a room with 2 queen beds and the room was huge. There is a fridge in the common area. I highly recommend this hotel. We are seniors who travel frequently and we are a little fussy about our accommodations. This was wonderful.
Our stay was great. The owner Carol is fabulous. Room was comfy and clean...the only thing missing was a room fridge. Pool was nice. Flowers were very nice as well.
Attention to detail was amazing, the owner, the room, hangers in the bathroom, curved shower rod, plush & firm options for the mattress and for the pillows, etc. The owner even gave us local restaurant info upon check-in. We will definitely stay here again!
We missed having a fridge, but it was cold outside so we left food & drinks in the car.
15 min off Rt 93
Downtown Littleton is 15 min away , all the stores and restaurants are right there. Leaving the resort go on 302 east are the ski resorts. The beds are very comfortable, shower water pressure is very good, a nice and quiet place. This is not a welfare hotel .
We will be back when we are in this area to stay .
It was a very good bargain for the quality of service and experience had. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was a great night of sleep after a long day on the trails. The place it’s a little dated but it’s very clean and functional and quiet and the location it’s pretty central to everything. Would absolutely stay here again.
Had a great stay with clear communication from the lodge and a hassle free checkin and checkout. Nice clean rooms with beds as advertised. Staff took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during checkin.
A great place for kids! This was our first stay but we met several families that have stayed at Carlson's Lodge year after year. Our 5 year old daughter asked if we could come back every year.
