「This was a quick overnight stay. The facility was clean, quiet, and super easy to get to! Breakfast was hot & the staff was friendly! 」

「We had a fantastic 2-night stay at The Oliver! Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was the perfect location for us to visit our Vol at University of Tennessee and enjoy dinner and drinks around Market Square, Old City and Gay Street. We walked everywhere! My only complaint is that the stairs leading to the rooms were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. But…We would definitely stay again!」

「Called ahead when making reservation to make sure wired ethernet was available, only to be told on check in that it was not. Wi fi speed was less than 1mb/s. Hotel itself was an attempt at style over substance, but even the style was mediocre. 」

「The room had some sort of smell…dingy moldy smelling. Considering the cost of this property they really need to consider updating and getting proper cleaning done.」

「This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. 」
