「The staff was friendly and welcoming, always professional. The room we had was very clean and well stocked as we had a kitchenette. The hotel is located near shopping centers and restaurants. They serve a great breakfast and in the evening they serve more food! The rooms were quiet, ice, laundry facilities and a gym were available to us also very well maintained. If we ever visit the Valley this is where we will stay.」

「The place was always clean.......staff members were sweeping, dusting, & completing other maintenance issues. Even being close to the freeway........no noise or traffic to deal with.......use the stop light on the southside of hotel......super easy...!!! My 1st time @ this location but enjoy the Springhill hotels in other locations. Same quality and service across the US.....thanks.」

「This was a really strange hotel with so many issues. 1. On arrival, the thermostat was set to 69. As a result, there was condensation in the room that made the floor wet and slippery. Keep it above 70. 2. The bed is cheap and uncomfortable. 3. The "free" breakfast was nothing but carbs. 4. There was a mysterious, black spot in the tub. It wiped away easily enough but made me reluctant to use the shower. 5. Dark, mold-like stains under the sink. 6. The hall door for our room was loud to...
