First time at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, our suite was clean, spacious, location was perfect for shopping, dining, activities etc. I must say the reason I’m looking to book here again on our next trip is because of great customer service we received. We were exhausted from hours and hours of travel and as we entering the atmosphere just changed the mood . We were greeted and attended by a smiling , cheerful concierge, the aroma in the air was so cozy and the Christmas decor just put the icing on the cake . I loved it!!!
