The hotel was surface clean, needs a deep clean and needs to be freshened up. You can hear everything, the door gap on the bottom is huge, we heard other guest coming and going including conversations in the room next door. The hotel is beautiful but needs some love. The bar was the best part, Eric, the bartender was fantastic. Location was good.

Good value, nice bar staff and comfortable room. This used to be the place to stay in Mcallen, and it is a little dated but still a great value for the money. My only complaint was for a two night stay I only had 1 pouch of coffee. The place is a little dated but Architecturally a beautiful building. I will definitely stay again. They also have little gym with several treadmills and some dumbbells , and even a scale which is nice.

Nice accommodations however daily room cleaning was a challenge. It was an extended stay so having a tidy space was needed and not having the room cleaning in a timely manner was an unneeded distraction. Otherwise really good hotel, space and location.

This place is just great, we didn’t have breakfast there unfortunately but I’m sure it’s great. Very convenient to downtown where shopping is available and of course the mall. I’d stay there again for sure

I travel to this hotel often for work, and the manager, Erik always goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. He is incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely cares about the guests. It is rare to find that level of consistency and hospitality, which makes being away from home so much easier. Highly recommend staying here!
