「Pool and hot tub were good. Breakfast was hot and okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful!」

「The place was clean, and the host was friendly and responsive. However, the HVAC unit is located very close to the bed in the basement suite. It cycled on and off throughout the night and was quite loud, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The host apologized afterward, which we appreciated, but I think future guests should be aware of the noise if they are sensitive sleepers.」

「The room was clean but the headboards were in bad shape. The stay was nice for one night all but the people upstairs were noisy and I couldn't get to sleep until they stopped. Other than that it was quiet. It could use an upgrade」

「My tv screen didn’t work and I didn’t say anything until morning as I didn’t check in until 10:30 the night before. Edith was working the front desk and when I told her about it, she laughed and said,”I’m not much of a tv person myself.” She failed to address the issue and was really lazy.」
