「Sabine was an amazing host! We were greeted immediately, given an upgrade, and orientated nicely to room and entire area. She continued to assist us throughout our stay. Whenever we needed her, she seemed to appear. It was awesome.」

「My second visit to Kinsale and Blue Haven. Hotel is aging and could use a facelift. The adjoining restaurant and lounge is terrific however as is the hospitality therein. The folks at reception on the other hand are less than hospitable. 」

「We were in apartment 6 and there was mold/mildew on the baseboards and in the bathroom. Upon entry, there was a musty smell. The bedding was damp. We ended up going to a different hotel for the 2nd night of our stay. We would not recommend The Old Dispensary to stay at unfortunately. 」

「The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel.」
