「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「All around the #1 most excellent hotel experience ive ever encountered in my lifetime, from the concierge,amenities, location,view from room,pool, on site, self service laundry / they also offer laundry services as in dry cleaning etc. & exercise facilities,breakfast & every single staff member:) & just the room itself....great ,great job!!! to each & every single one of you!!! 「Great property! Lots of space, friendly host, and great location to Columbiana - especially if you’re going to Garwood」

「We were able to celebrate our moms 80th bday with numerous family members. Plenty of tables and chair as well as sleeping options.」

「Very clean property with plenty of room. One small bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower.Good location and it was easy to get to most destinations. Lots of steps..4 to get in to the house and 13 to get upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. Steps could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. No ice maker in the fridge, and some old fashioned ice trays would have been nice. Beds were comfy and all the linens were pristine. Washer and dryer in basement were easy to use. Needed an extension...

「The Sturgis House was beautiful and the staff was terrific. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night and had to get up early to get over to the Fiesta tent sale. Next time we’ll stay an extra night. :-)」
