"Enjoyed the outdoor-indoor pool and the hot tub. The hit tub has no thermometer. Room was very clean and felt very spacious as did the bathroom.There is a dog walking area and the lake and waterfall behind the hotel was picturesque. Asked if there was availability to check in early and the person in the phone said my room was ready. Upon arrival my room was not ready and the front desk worker didn't know anything about my early arrival and told me I was talking to a call center. My room was...

"It was a beautiful room! The best part were the stone steps leading to an outside door for sure."

"The room was fine. The staff was nowhere to be found. I arrived and no one was at the property. Found a contact to text and 15 minutes later the housekeeper shows up to let me and another couple in. Then she wasn't sure who was supposed to be in which room. Finally got it straightened out and settled in. Then this morning, no one to check out with."

"Hotel Lotus is perfect for people going to Royals games, which, obviously, i was! It is very clean & friendly and allows me to avoid the chaos of trying to pay to park at the complex and risk my car trying to get out!"

"Room was what we needed after a lond day on the road. Linens were very crisp. Local baseball tournament added a bit of noise due to teams staying in hotel. Thoughts of using pool or hot tub went out the window."
