「Property outside and in common areas seemed nice. First room assigned had issues with the door lock light would go green and you could turn the handle but the handle would break loose before you could open the door. Once inside carpet was ripped up the handle for the bathroom was extremely loose. Springs were felt throughout and pillows were flat. All furniture was scratched and dinged up. After plumbing issues we got moved to a different with laminate flooring that was shifting and popping up...

「Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . 」
