"This is my "Go to" when flying out of Phoenix Sky Harbor. It is right across the street from Pre-flight parking garage with shuttle to the airport. With regard to dining, the do have a limited menu you can order food from at the lobby bar. Food is good but it's not a sit down. You can take back to the room or eat in the lobby area which is nice."

"I would have given 5 stars, except: At time of reservation, which was many weeks in advance, I specifically requested not to be placed on the first floor. I got a “noted” response from Embassy Suites. When I went to check in, guess where our room was going to be? You guessed it, first floor! It was changed, but the person doing it acted like it was a Herculean task. Maybe if my original request had been processed? That being said, props to housekeeping. Our room was clean as a whistle. "I stayed here a few times and also this time it's been a great experience. The staff is very helpful and the connection via the sky train to the airport is phenomenal. Both Hotel Restaurants are good, too. "
