「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「Staff was friendly and our room was nice and clean. Hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Will be nice when it is done. Just be prepared for some construction.」

「Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. 「This is my third time staying here and I love it! I come here for work as I have an office nearby. The units are within a new apartment building. There are restaurants a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a pool and pool towels are even provided. Check-in and check out are smooth with the use of an app. I texted to extend my stay and response was immediately received. Highly recommended!」

Location was perfect as well, so many restaurants/coffee shops, trails, things to do around. Definitely booking here again next time I come to Scottsdale! 🙌」
