「The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was hot. They upgraded us to a city view room and the staff is extremely friendly! The pool is heated but not really, so, it was cold. They also only have valet parking which is another $30. The location is also good for downtown. 」

「I did not take advantage of the breakfast. The parking was very convenient and I felt safe. Rented a handicapped room, the toilet was very old and very low. Although, there were secure safety bars in the tub/shower. Good water pressure and the mattress was the best. The room was quite large and comfortable.」

「This owners should be ashamed of themselves for the condition this hotel is in as well as the behavior of their staff. I stayed here to be near the hospital for pre op testing early the next morning. Extremely thankful I wasn’t going in for surgery the next day. The room was nasty, the table was greasy, the headboard had been pulled off and reattached. The bathroom was half cleaned. It was absolutely the most horrible experience ever. 」

「Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....
