"For the price, this is the BEST hotel among the 4 we used on our trip! Nice room with separate living room; has a bar area, high tech sockets, full length mirrors; bath tub mat; towels new and thick; the BEST breakfast, bacon, oatmeal with almond slivers condiments, fruits, etc. "

"Really nice space, super amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that took a star away was that you could hear every single movement from the room above us. SO loudly that it woke me up out of sleep. It was bizarre and borderline nerve wracking. I woke up feeling like the ceiling was about to cave it. Needless to say, it did not. (yay? lol) But that was the only uncomfortable thing for me. Otherwise great price for a nice and clean space"

"This was the most accommodating hotel that I have ever been to! Continental breakfast, and two free drinks a night at happy hour is unheard of! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well designed with a pull out couch in a separate room from the bed so that it feels almost like two rooms. In a time where I’m used to feeling ripped off after staying at a hotel, I left feeling very accommodated! "

"The hotel was great! The room was kind of horrible. All the furniture except for the beds were completely crooked when I got there, which was weird but then the next morning I saw a women’s panty liner stuck to the wall above the bathroom wall. In true me fashion I felt bad because I could find anyone and nobody was at the desk so I just cleaned it up myself but I’m unsure if this is the place to stay in Elgin. Maybe it was a bad day for housekeeping but it was gross regardless."

I will still return because the place is good. I hope they can fix the shutter service because it is useful for the professionals who are here for a few days."
