"Two of my favorite things about this hotel are tue friendliness of the staff and the security of the hotel. You have to have a key card in order to access any of the floors that were not the main floor or lobby floor. They were in the middle of renovations to upgrade the elevators and other areas of the hotel. Very well maintained and taken care of. Would definitely stay again when visiting Seattle! "

"We stayed here for 2 days pre-cruise. We had a large corner room with floor to ceiling windows that had a view of the space needle.
