「Customer service was completely lacking for the entire day of check in. I arrived at 11am and asked if checking in early was a possibility. I also offered to pay extra if I needed to since I had a scheduled event to get to. The gentleman declined and said “it’s too early, you have to wait until 3.” I was inconvenienced by this but I was ok with it since it’s the rules. 「The hotel is starting to show wear. The only time our room was tended/towels changes/trash taken was 5 days into our stay. The water in coffee had a foul taste, which was unfortunate. The front desk was pleasant. I’ll look at other hotels next time.」
