「We came walked onto the property at around 9:30 having been told that we could get our room key from Security, when I called a few hours earlier. Well, there was no Security to be found. So, I called the number provided where there was, of course, no answer followed by "you cannot leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full". We were thinking we'd have to jump the fence to sleep on poolside lounge chairs, covered with our own clothes for blankets. Then, pure serendipity when a frazzled...

「The rooms are outdated and infested with cockroaches they moved us after two days of complaining about the room. We left Maui early because the hotel was not good」

「Dirty room , found my door open all the time . Dark grungy rooms. Hot and musky ask to check out and receive a refund but they declined refund . Didn’t even stay 1 night and I booked 7 nights in total . Given no refund and placed the blame game because they said it was booked through a third party . And. “The third party”(aka Expedia) said it was up to the hotel. Terrible experience overall」

「This place is great and the best affordable place to stay on Molokai. Full kitchen with microwave,s stove and oven. Nice balcony. The only complaint, that I'm not sure can be that controlled, were flies in the drains and we saw maybe 2 or 3 cockroaches. Which with being on a tropical island is the best outcome. Beds, couch, dishes, fridge and freezer all super clean. Only thing that could have made it better would be air-conditioning!」
