「Christina was amazing」

「We stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast spread was the highlight for sure as it was much better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The only thing I wish was improved at this hotel is the TVs. They’re large in size but they are outdated and are not smart TVs. We planned on having a movie night and it was a little difficult without having Netflix as an option. Luckily, they had a Disney channel that we utilized instead. 「Thought the room and facilities were very good. Staff was helpful and even at breakfast the one lady went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when going to Raleigh.😊」

「The rooms were clean but the walls are thin! We had to move to a different room due to noise. The staff was very accommodating and switched us without any issues. The hotel was central to what we needed it for. The Ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the next floor to grab ice. Breakfast was a plus. Last time we stayed, they were renovating. All and all, we would stay here again.」

「I love the aesthetics of the property and the beautiful reception each evening. I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe.」

「This is a 1* property, not 3* as advertised on Expedia. This place is worn out. Elevator out of service when we checked in, pool green and out of service (in July), no hot water when I showed, Luke warm for my spouse 1 hour later. Carpets worn out, noise all night. And, the skimpiest continental breakfast that resulted in us going out for breakfast. Complete disappointment in LaQuinta and Expedia. .」
