"Area felt not safe. Pools are overcrowded. Apartments are nice. Ours could have used a better cleaning. Front desk people are not very friendly."

"We pull up to a motel that was once a Flamingos and now has a tarp over the original sign with the new Ramada name on it. The whole place was sketchy, we left the same night we checked in. We did not use the so called water park and are now being charged an added fee of $165 PER DAY. We left and let the front desk know we where checking out that same night. We have contacted Expedia which have been no help. I would steer clear from this place!"

"Perfect stay"

"Definitely not what I expected from a Ramada hotel property. It was more of a "short stay" motel type of rooms. After hours of going back and forth between Expedia and the Ramada staff, I was finally compensated to a better room at the "tower section" which actually has an elevator. In the other section of the property, you will be expected to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if your room is on the second floor. I will never stay at this property again!"

"HOTEL WAS NICE. EMPLOYESS WERE FRIENDLY. LOCATION NOT GREAT. BUMS AND BEGGERS ALL OVER ASKING FOR HANDOUTS. PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THE SIDEWALKS. HAD TO PARK IN BACK BECAUSE THEY BOTHER YOU UP FRONT. HOTEL NEEDS TO REMOVE THOSE PEOPLE FROM THEIR PROPERTY. I WAS BY MYSELF SO I DIDNT MIND BUT IF I HAD MY FAMILY WITH, I WOULD NOT OF BEEN HAPPY"

"I had an almost perfect stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the beds felt like sleeping on a well-trained cloud, and the staff managed that rare balance of being both genuinely friendly and impressively competent (no small feat). The front desk sailor uniforms were not needed as they stood out with their exceptional service alone. That said, there’s one tiny thing keeping it from total legend status: the bar situation. Or rather, the lack of a proper one. There’s nowhere to casually sip something delightful while hanging out with your friends. A cozy, lively bar would elevate this place from “fantastic” to “I will never shut up about it.” Still, if your idea of a great stay involves comfort, style, and people who clearly know what they’re doing, this hotel absolutely delivers. Just plan your celebratory nightcap elsewhere."

"Went in the room and checked out after 5 minutes of being there. I lost my money for a 3 night stay and went and booked at another hotel. I rather loose the money that sleep there. Hopefully they do something about the place it has good location but horrible conditions."
