「Clean room, good staff, cute little market at reception 」

「The look view room was nice to have with sectional and small fridge. The continental breakfast had decent choices. Unfortunately the pool was closed and had been for 6 months. That was disappointing and would have been nice to know ahead of time. It should have been noted or at least not highlighted on the web site. It was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.」

「Said it was pet friendly but not for cats. I stayed in the past but management changed and so did these rules. Hotels need to specify pets meaning all or dogs only to avoid confusion. They also need to apply the fees when booking to avoid additional surprising costs. 」

「Staff and valet were great; the only downside was lighting in the room. Dimming feature would help. Lights were bright and not dimmable. Lighting fixture over the table was a bit much. 」
