"not a good check in experience, very stressful and confusing. You will not get individualized help. This is a "small" business that does not take the time to help their clients. No follow through on their side. And you will get response that sounds like they did not read your message at all. "Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! The room itself is old, dirty, not well kept, not looked after, and people are NOT CLEANING!!! There was a dirty sock in the drawers, a lizard running around, and MULTIPLE cockroaches. There were stains on the pull out bed, along with trash and crumbs underneath it— clearly nobody is cleaning the rooms thoroughly. When we called the front desk, they were completely dismissive and acted like it was “unusual.” I wish we had taken pictures, but let this review be your sign not to stay here— I promise you can find something MUCH nicer for the same price."
