「WiFi is bad never service in room cleaner is excellent but the hotel needs upgrading breakfast service was ok but I had to tell them it was cold a few times the staff are very helpful they would always try to solve any issue even with things they couldn’t I believe the hotel is a 3 star not 4 & it’s way overpriced 」

「This was a quick booking due to the electric instability problem in the Gambia...I booked after 12am . The front desk girl Lisa was very cheerful, responsive , and has great customer service. The room I booked the door appeared as it has been kicked in it wouldn't close properly, the room smelled of extreme mold, the ceiling fan didn't work, which is something I have to have to sleep, the room felt as though it had been slept in, it was NOTHING like I'm use to the cocoa properties. 「We had one of the rooms on the beach, which was the most amazing location. 30 metres from the waters edge, so to go to sleep to the sound of Atlantic waves was amazing. Comfy bed, we slept 8-10 hours per night. Also had a pool, shared with our neighbours. Food was ok, the Strip was a 15 minute walk away. Did a one say Safari to Senegal which was AMAZING.」
