The room was kept spotless by francis who went above and beyond looking after us. The whole hotel was spotless. All staff were nice and helpfull.

The Deluxe Bungalow was absolutely perfect for our needs and everything within it worked flawlessly. Sarah kept the bungalow spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. Incredible Staff Service The staff were all nothing short of amazing. When we unexpectedly became ill during our visit, one of the incredible team members came directly to the bungalow, took our shopping list, and went to the supermarket for us. This act of kindness speaks volumes. I sincerely wish I could recall his name—that's what I mean when I say the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional! They treated every guest with the same level of outstanding care and consideration. A Perfect Getaway We will definitely be returning next year and planning a longer stay. My birthday trip was simply amazing. One final, but important, note: the air conditioning in the bedroom bungalow was perfect and, even better, was included in the price. See you next year, Palma Rima Hotel!

No Air Con in the room just a fan. Money was lost from room and manager has declared there is a problem with thefts from guests rooms. We were not advised about this on arrival. Pool was tinted green on arrival. This may be due to late rainy season but would have liked to of seen attempt to clean sooner. Breakfast was very basic for all guests. Large construction going on behind apartment block. Pool view apartments being blocked by trees on many rooms. I know we used this hotel due to it being cheap but feel fell well below standard. Very tired property in need of lots of tlc to keep it running.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and friends. We booked economy rooms which turned out to be building site view rooms.. dust from the 50 odd men working from dawn till dusk. I refused the rooms and spent all afternoon hoping to come to a compromise. These rooms should be advertised as building site view rooms.I was charged an extra £10 per night per room. The building is very tired' furniture falling apart and like a prison block. Managment are terrible and only interested in taking peoples money. Everything costs extra too. All the staff were amazing.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja allas tosi iso. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. En kuitenkaan menisi uudelleen samaan hotelliin, sillä aamupala oli täysin sama joka päivä ja jos jokin loppui, sitä ei tuotu lisää. Huoneeni oli deluxe bungalow, mutta sisustus oli todella vanhaa eikä mitään luxusta. Suihkusta ei tullut vettä kovalla paineella. Vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla. Yöllä joku koputti huoneeni ikkunaan erittäin myöhään eikä selvinnyt kuka se oli.

Having booked this hotel as economy I was not expecting to much ... however I was not expecting to look over a building site I had not been told about, and only told by a friend who had booked in the day before. Having paid the day before I travelled an addtional nearly £100 upgrade to Standard Room, it is nothing like the photos shown on the Palma Rima site. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND if you have booked Palma Rima hotel you find out which room you have been allocated before travel. I will try to up load photos of how close building site is to property. If you are allocated room room on building site side of hotel , you can expect early morning noise, dust from building works and very unhelpful Management. Also high costs of extras like fridge, safe, extra fans hire etc that makes this non economy stay. What made my stay good is the most amazing staff, always friendly, polite and helpful ... Management could learn a lesson from their staff. Just as a foot note I have worked in hospitality for many,many years, and in hospitality management now, and never met such poor Management ... but also never met such amazing staff ... I would happily hire anyone of the staff I met, I really mean that. I write this review to help but please check your allocated room

Nous sommes arrivés par forte chaleur a l'hôtel. Y a une climatisation dans la chambre mais on doit payer pour l'utiliser 1000 dalasi pour 1 nuit . On a demander 1 ventilateur pareil cest payant. Franchement cest decevant. Et le petit déjeuner cest des conserve dharicot rouge chauffée. Aucune viennoiserie ni charcuterie i fromage ni fruit.

nous avons passé une nuit agréable très belle vu sur la piscine, le personnel est super accueillant et avec le sourire. petite remarque sur le petit déjeuné c'était médiocre, pas de choix juste du pain pas de viennoiserie pas de fromage pas de yaourt jus de fruit industriel café soluble a bannir, lait froid..... proposez un vrai petit déj sa remontera vos notes
