「Staff was very efficient and friendly. Remembered my name after only a brief meeting at check in. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Best equipped ADA room I've ever been in. Heat was very controllable which made the room comfortable. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities but they looked very adequate.」

「The only downside to our visit was the bed. Too hard for me and made my back hurt. Otherwise, very nice」

「I liked the security of needing the room key to access the floor from the elevator. Also it was a nice modern design. Pool and gym were both clean and appealing. 」

「The staff truly made the stay, welcoming, warm and kind. The breakfast was great as well and area is convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. To get into the hotel after hours must use key and there was security which is uncommon for hotels we’ve been to but it didn’t feel unsafe. Perhaps extra precautions? But would recommend 」

「The staff in the hotel is really nice. But I didn't expect the noise of airplane is so loud and the vehicle noise from street is loud too. The sound insulation can be improved. 」

「Although my stays were very brief I was impressed with the overall appearance of the property, the spacious and well lighted rooms, and the friendly, efficient staff. Would I stay again or recommend the Diamond Center to friends? Most assuredly.」
