「The customer service at this hotel is horrendous! The manager was extremely unhelpful. We only made reservations at this hotel because they promised us 2 rooms next to each other. When we arrived their computer system was down so it was understandable that the notes could not be seen that we needed adjacent rooms, but when we talked to the manager, she was completely rude. 「Very clean and quaint hotel. Nice continental breakfast too. Would stay again. Only negative was too cold and unable to control temperature.」

「Very peaceful and relaxing. The property is so gorgeous and well maintained. The beds were soft, and the showers had great water pressure, just small things that make a big difference.」

「A lovely, quiet stay on the edge of downtown Guerneville. Easily walkable to anywhere in town. The exterior of the building was a bit dated but overall the room felt comfortable and rustic.」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」
