「I thought the property was disgusting. Stained carpet. Left over food by the pool left out all night. While eating in the restaurant a mouse ran by us into the kitchen. The floor in the shower in my room was so slick I had to put a towel down so i didnt fall. We were told by the manager of the restaurant that the entire hotel had a bad rodent problem. I cant believe Ramada has anything to.do with the place.」

「The property was just ok. The remodel is nice but alot of things that are in need of attention. The room was kinda clean. Floor was dirty and there was hair on our bed and floor that was not ours. Could have definitely been cleaner. Other than that it was ok for one night stay. They definitely need another waffle maker. One is not enough. I'd probably stay here again if I needed a one night stay. Price was right.」

「The breakfast was great! I wish they had some fresh fruit at the buffet though. Our lock on our door did not work. My husband had to do something with it every time we left.」

「Check in was odd. Desk person loud and did not offer info. Just kept asking questions, like ifknew when breakfast was. I said no, and had to ask where it would be served, where elevators were, wifi connection... 😒」

「We loved the spa, whirlpool, sauna, steam room. Very unique.」

「As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!」

「Very outdated rooms. Plug ins were so worn out that the cords would not stay in so you could not use. Air conditioner was very loud and never cooled down the room. Kept it on 68 degrees and sweated all night. Rooms at a very 1990’s vibe. Best part of the hotel is location.」

「Jacuzzi room was dirty. Vanity light broken. Leaking water from the ceiling.」
