"The room and property were very clean. It was a nice and quiet location/neighborhood. Very convenient for access to Boulder without staying in a congested area. The breakfast was decent and had many options to choose from"

"Location is amazing. Very pleasant and scenic 10-15 minutes drive from Downtown. A creek runs through the property. My room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a kitchen. The lobby area is cozy with a fire place and comfy couches. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the sauna but it was perched above the creek. Seemed cozy. I’d go again. Oh, many parking spots too."

"The bathroom wasn’t all that clean, there was hair in the shower, and sink. I think it was the mini frig but thete was a high pitched hum the entire time. And the pool was down, the elevator makes noise. All make it a functioning hotel not one I would stay or recommend to others. The only above average was the breakfast. "

"The first room the smoke detectors kept going off, had the room switched. The next room the Tv wasn’t working because of the snowstorm weather. Also, one of the elevators didn’t work. "

"Good location and friendly, helpful staff. Parking is in public lot not completely convenient, but just OK. Overall, good hotel."
