「Good 」

「The front desk clerk was very nice and considerate.」

「I stay here whenever I'm in the area. Its well maintained, I've had a couple times where something was broken. (Shower handle would spin and not turn on, another time the wall outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed). Nothing major, and the staff apologized and tried to make it right. I'll keep coming back, I understand that things happen.」

「Everything was PERFECT 」

「I didn’t have breakfast I think it was an extra charge we didn’t know this. The kitchen staff was rude when I called down to order regular cokes and kept trying to joke that he would add alcohol though I asked several times not to. I was with a recovering alcoholic so it was extremely rude.」

「Beautiful rennovation」

「Two thumbs up for a very quiet hotel stay with good (Starbucks) coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. A tiny, indoor pool is perfect for smaller kids. Like a lot of hotels, this one is suffering from a lack of staff so the on-site bar and restaurant were closed during my stay. If that is important to you, call ahead to see if they will be open during your stay.」

「住宿環境很好，停車方便，感覺很放鬆。但因為交通上離此行目的地-西北大學太花時間，遠超過原先的預估，使得原本想住宿三晚，臨時更改為一晚。下次若有機會到這附近會選擇這間飯店，附近有大型商場，逛街購物都很方便，很有度假的感覺。」

「The rooms were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. We were there only one night for a cheer competition and we enjoyed our stay.」

「The hotel is near the shopping mall and restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. Will take this again.」
