"The showers is bad condition and no water"

"Everything was great the staff everything i was there because of the airport non staffing i had a missed flight for a day and half and they made my extra day1/2 in Houston better "

"Staff was extraordinarily responsive in getting the shuttle to pick me up within minutes of my arrival at the airport. The bar staff was welcoming and the front desk ladies were super courteous. They are doing some construction on the floors, so other than that being an eye sore when you get off of the elevator, the hotel was very clean and modern. I would stay there again. "

"The staff was very kind and efficient. When we walked in the room the temp on the AC was 62 degrees! Freezing. The room next to us had their TV up very very loud til midnight.😞 The shuttle drivers were very accommodating for an older gentleman who had forgotten his wallet in the lobby and was headed to the airport. They were sure they met him quickly at the airport. So he would have his ID and wallet."

"The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Room air circulation is a little challenging and difficult to regulate, but overall it was a decent stay."

"Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect."
