「As far as we could tell, was the only place downtown that had free parking and only 25 for pet fee. The place was very clean and could tell how hard the cleaning crew worked at keeping it that way. Same breakfast as everywhere. We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Memphis. 」

「The staff was very welcoming and they had a shuttle to take you to Memphis or other spots nearby. The layout of the room was nice. There was a comfortable couch and the television pivoted so you could watch from the bed or the couch. The shower was slippery. Wish there were safety bars. The breakfast was fair. The usual food you find like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. All just average - nothing special. Overall it was prerty basic. 」

「The air conditioning in the room did not work. I called the front desk and told them and the lady said "We have never had A/C problems in that room before". She stated that someone would come look at it but no one ever came. After 45 minutes, I just returned the keys and checked out. The lady at the deak said she would let someone know and that I would be reimbursed for my one night stay, that never happened. Still waiting for reimbursement. 」

「Everything was great except they dont have microwaves evenbthough we requested one so if you have any leftovers from the nice surrounding restaurants dont count on eating late-night afterwards 」
