「Overall, my stay was quite adequate. Check-in went smoothly enough and the staff were both informative and helpful. I did not like that the luggage carts were around the buildings corner and its slightly inconvenient that if a luggage cart is in fact needed: instead of being able to stay inside the hotel to access an elevator you have to exit the lobby walk around the front of the parking lot and then re-enter the building with the added hassle of using your keycard. 「I would make sure that if you’re looking for an Ocean view, make sure that they’re giving you an ocean view not a rooftop view like they gave me and make sure they give you food vouchers for everybody. Hopefully they change their staff so they’re not so rude when you’re talking and they talk while you’re talking interrupting you telling you two per room instead of saying something else customer service obviously is not their greatest point.
