And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……」
