「It’s awful, sneaky policy to institute a $10/night parking fee and not forewarn us. I reserved and paid in full 6 weeks ago for Free parking!!!! Never received free bottles of water upon checkin No cups in the room Breakfast was very mediocre for a hotel that is attempting to be posh. I had an omelet, bacon, fresh fruit at a IHG Hilton a few days earlier. No bagels left and no more knives at Friday breakfast. No towels at the pool.」

「So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. They also give all adults in the party a thicker rubber band for the pool area, and if you do not turn these back in...
