"I frequently stay at this hotel. On my last stay, I found socks in the bed. This time, there was terrible water pressure. I love the staff at this hotel. They are welcoming, professional and always courteous. But the prices have gone up and the last few issues (socks and water pressure) have me thinking I need to find a new hotel in that area."

"The hotel allowed me to park my 20' ft Uhaul. When there was a mistake and the area designated got roped off, a VERY KIND security officer helped me to figure out how to address the problem and didn't mock me once for not figuring out that I could have unhooked one end! Wonderful person!!"

New Yorkers are nice!
"Stayed near JFK airport for the night before heading into Manhattan, as we arrived at night. My first time ever in NYC. Always heard that New Yorkers are not friendly, yet every staffer at this Courtyard by Marriott has been kind and friendly. A great start to our trip! Only complaint is I wish beds were queen rather than double (our son is with us so two beds necessary)."
