「The living room air/heat condition does not work」

「我们去奥特莱斯购物，在附近住。这里离奥特莱斯车程大概半个小时。我们一家选择居家型的旅店，因为西餐吃得不行了。想自己做一次。万豪的居家酒店几乎每次都让我们满意。这次也不例外。两个卧室。厨房很大。服务人员很耐心，我们的灶眼没有接上。我们也不明白，去前台问，尽管客服和厨房下班，还是有人上去帮助了我们。 开车不到十分钟就能找到一个很大的购物超市。啥都有，很方便。对我们刚从纽约拥挤的城市出来的人说，简直棒极了。」

「The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean, the hotel facilities were very nice and the staff was very friendly. The only "bad" thing is that when booking, Expedia said we would have breakfast included, but that was not the case. 」

「The bath towels weren’t enough, and whenever we needed more we had to go down to the first floor to get them. there is no sheet to cover sofa bed，also we need extra blanket， except those things， other things r very good」

「If you want a quiet, historical experience, then this is the venue. It's not new, shiny - but that is not why you go there. It is a beautiful Tudor-style hotel, with old fixtures, antique windows, and the charm of a storybook castle. The innkeeper is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. We missed peak colors by a week or two and are considering a quick trip back! Buffet breakfast was just right.」

「21 minutes ago on Google It's a family owned and operated hotel. Norman was kind, communicative and thorough. Keyless entry made checking in super easy. We had a business suite, which is basically a studio apartment. Kitchen , bathroom, bed/living space was clean and neat having a really nice modern clean aesthetic. There was even a candle left for us to enjoy. Overall was a very pleasant stay! Very grateful. 」
