Hewitt 3 Stars Hotels

"Loved the room 325 and the view. The pool was nice especially the sunning area outside the pool. The food was okay at Willy T’s but the entertainment 8/31 was very good. We had an issue with the staff entering our room unannounced. She had longer blonde hair a taller bigger built younger woman. She entered my room, shut the door and stood by the door and then left. I have a feeling if we weren’t there she would have gone through our things. I told the front desk manager about it and she talked to the staff. One girl had a baseball cap and the other longer blonde hair. The girl with the long hair was screaming and making a fuss over management of the front desk staff and my granddaughter finally went in the hall and asked her to be quiet. This was at 8:45 am and check out wasn’t until 1 pm as we requested late check out. Zachary or Daquary I believe was the front desk manager. She was very accommodating and runs a tight ship. Besides this incident everything else was great. I would stay there again. Debbie Weckman "
