「Great location. Close to Mount Rushmore and Custer park. The pool was great just not enough seating at times. The room was clean and the staff was great! Breakfast was good, typical hotel food. Would stay here again!」

「Clean, comfy bed, continental breakfast and 5 star staff. Good location to get to/from yhe airport to/from tourist sites (incl Sturgis). Just need grab bars in the slippy bathtubs for older visitors (like me)!」

「We picked this hotel, specifically for the kids waterpark area. The area is supposed to have heated water, but the heater was broken for our entire week long stay and apparently had been for months. The 2nd and 3rd day of our stay the AC leaked and soaked the carpet along our wall that led to the courtyard. Maintenance had to come in a shop vac it up and set up a fan for a few hours. 「Was our first time staying in Hill City and was pleased on how big the space was as well as the floor plan of the rooms. Will most definitely come back!」

「Very convenient being located in downtown and also easy in getting to I 90 if leaving to do other activities outside of Rapid City. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The water bottles that were provided were priced at $5…what if the water was provided for free..this would have been a much more positive experience rather than being annoyed at the cost of $5, which we did not choose to purchase」
