"The check in process was simple after I asked a fellow guest how to check in. They should have the sign at where they hang the sign” take shoes off”. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this guesthouse."

"Enjoyed our one night at the Hamar Guesthouse. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location on this small island was great and an easy walk to everything--restuarants, harbor, stores, hikes, etc. Parking on the site was limited but parking on the island is free so you can pretty much park on the street in front and everywhere all day. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Haimaey and Vestmannaeyjar!"
