「This has been one of my favorite hotels EVER. I'd rank it top 2, my only regret is I wish I spent 2 nights instead of one. Very quaint and right at the start of Stillwater. You can walk towards the river with the bridge leading you to Wisconsin or walk right down Main Street. Staff were very nice and helpful at the front desk, attached restaurant + bar and even the little coffee shop next door. Plus, the rooms are charming and very clean and spacious. 「This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Sheets were dirty, slept in clothes on top of the bed. Place smelled like cat urine. Doors were dirty, water bottle and beer can on the floor. Left a day early couldn't stay there any longer. Health department should shut this place down. I'm contacting them tomorrow. Want a refund of one night 」

「This establishment is situated in an old restored home. It still has the original wooden floors, doors and fixtures. Internet access was very simple and worked perfectly. Location of this house is within walking distance of Main Street, home to many restaurants and antique shops. A walkable linear path over the lift bridge. Very good customer service. We experienced a power outage which lasted 5 hours. We received a partial refund. Even though it did not affect us, a tree was blown...

「It had a nice feel to the place, rooms were hot there is no central ac. there is an ac unit but it only made the living room cold. I did not like that you get charged a fee for cleaning but still have to clean. Area is great and quiet but a ton of mosquitoes so bring off. The bathroom is between the two rooms but did not have locks so it’s hard to know when someone is in there. The beach was small but nice kids enjoyed that. Did not like that you are not allowed to smoke outside on the property...
