The room was spacious but lighting was dim. Vanity mirror was too dim. The bed mattress was stiff and uncomfortable. The couch was missing the back cushions. The staff didn’t clean the room, replace the towels, or empty the garbage the whole time we were there.

There were no pool towels and when we asked we were told they weren’t washed yet but they’d bring us some. They never did. Also only had one bath towel in the bathroom and we were also told they’d bring us more and they never did. Place was nice but staff unhelpful.

We have stayed at this hotel several times but it now is owned by Wyndham. They did renovate the guest rooms which seem larger and have more of a suite type feel but the one thing that really needs to be addressed is the lighting in the rooms. We had two rooms rented, both did not have any overhead lighting in the kitchenette area, living area and the sink area of the bathroom, just lamps throughout. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay, reasonably priced, we would definitely come back.

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel then you might want to keep looking. If you’re looking for an economical option this might just be what you’re looking for. Our highlights: for once we found a place with great breakfast options. The pool and hot tub area was very practical with changing and restrooms available. The mattress we had here was better than in some more expensive hotels that we’ve been to. The building having been renovated, expect some reno imperfections in your room which I won’t complain about for the price. One complaint: the toilet wouldn’t flush in our room.

Booked this hotel for a quick stay for my family while traveling. The pool was ice cold (my kids were so excited to swim but only could last 10 minutes because they were shivering so badly.) and the hot tub was broken.

I appreciated the phone call asking if a suite was ok for us, as we had booked a double Queen. Fun little upgrade for us as we were there for a hockey tournament, the girls really enjoyed the in room hot tub and king size bed. Was nice for them to have their space in the separate bedroom and for me to have soace also. Very nice room and breakfast options

I could smell cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. I did not have my door open. Very pungent in hallway. Maybe install a barrier where those rooms begin. As a non-smoking person, the smell is very intrusive and gross.
