The flooring and furniture were extremely outdated. The bathroom was in need of repairs…wrong shaped toilet seat (oblong on a round toilet) so it slid all over the place when you attempted to sit on it. Did not eat the “continental breakfast”. The cereal was stale and there were only a couple donuts in a case. There were loud doors slamming until almost midnight. I left after one night despite my 2-night reservation. The pool was ice cold and in horrible condition. The pool room was poorly lit and creepy looking. This place looked nothing like the photos online. Do not recommend this property to anyone!

I didn't like being penalized by Expedia a whole night's cost for canceling one of the room reservations. I didn't like how the facility smelled of mildew. I didn't like how the whirlpool jets didn't work. I didn't like there being no kleenex in the bathroom, no cart for my luggage and no cups in my room. And I didn't like that there was no front desk person to take care of my needs.

From my experience the staff was nice, the building is ran down I do not know how they are still in business. Was in the area for a wedding and that was the only hotel in the area that had availability and i can understand why. The building had a peculiar odor, the carpet was straight from the 70s our room had crumbs and dog food all over the carpet, dog hair in the bed, stains on the walls, dust on the tv stand and the bathroom was sketchy, shower curtain was stained and gross. I also have NEVER been to a hotel that has black bathroom towels... needless to say we did not even stay the night. We came back after the ceremony and gathered our things and it REAKED of Marijuana, we cut our fun short and drove the 2 hours home was charged 170.16 for the room, I did request a refund and I hope they can make it right.

I had cockroaches in my room. Killed one and couldn’t catch others. Made it very difficult to relax and try to sleep. I have photos and video if proof is needed. The sheets were also stained, and the bathroom towels were tattered and ripped. I would like a refund.

About the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We checked in and the receptionist gave us our key. I had fully paid for the room a month prior on Expedia. Shortly after check in, we left to our car to bring our stuff to the room. The receptionist followed us out into the parking lot to tell us there was something wrong with our card. We left our card in the room so we said we’d go get it. She then proceeded to knock on our hotel room 30 seconds after getting back to our room. At the reception, she wanted me to charge my card because she was having trouble getting the payment from Expedia. I refused to pay twice. After an ordeal of me reaching out to Expedia support and her arguing with support on the phone, it ended up being the hotel’s fault all along because they listed the room as more of a discount then they realized. So annoying. We got to breakfast before 9am and it was closed, they had to open it for us. The pool is closed for maintenance.

The property was dirty both inside and out. There dead fish in the tank, it smelled and it gave the essence of a place that rents by the hour. We asked for a refund but only received partial and we left to find another hotel. I would like my entire refund back. Do not recommend!

Rooms did not appear as they were marketed in pictures. However with the marketing you will book it at the cheap rate available, only to arrive and see the place is not as expected . Only to be told your booking is non-refundable....Rooms, common areas, and exterior in shameful amounts of disrepair. Front desk staff was there, but just watching TV the whole time. Would not recommend.

The air conditioner and electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t. He was very pleasant and got us an upgraded room. You can see that they are working on upgrading the facility, the exterior leaves a lot to be desired. Poor signage so was difficult to find. Drove past a few times. Not much for breakfast. I’m willing to give them another try in hopes of improvements.
