「Everything is perfect 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「Our visit started with Christy at the front desk. We had arrived prior to check-in time. She found a room for us and quickly had us on our way to our beautiful room. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious; service was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. 」
