"The staff were courteous, willing to answer all the questions I had while checking in and even made sure to get me a room in my preferred area. Was also able to get my keycard recoded in the morning after it stopped working."

"I drove in from California to pick up my wife from the airport. We were driving to Montana and the weather reports had changed to expectation of snow in Montana. So I called ahead and asked if I could leave my car at your hotel since we were staying there the night before my wife's return flight. I was told it would be fine with the $25 fee that was normal. I knew that policy is for people leaving their car to take a flight and return with in a week, but since we don't do things the usual way I was worried. So thank you for being flexible and accommodating us."
