「The overall stay was OK. Room amenities where great and it was very comfortable. However, it was very noisy the Saturday morning when we woke, workers and guests. I had to phone in on Saturday afternoon when our room was not made up when we were gone the entire day, even when indicated so with the sign on the door. 」

「Loved my two night stay here. A tidy little hotel with small but functional and comfortable rooms. Great pressure in the shower. Lots of hot water. Nicely sound proofed so did not hear other guests slamming doors or chatting in the corridors which usually happens in many hotels. Also did not hear the traffic outside considering the hotel is positioned on a busy road. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was underwhelming.」

「這酒店在網上的資料介紹顯示鄰近機場，但我到達Kruger Airport 後才知道Kruger National Park 範圍內有兩個機場 (這酒店鄰近的是?Parabula Airport)！ 由Kruger Airport 去這酒店要花單程R3,000，四小時車程(那裡是沒有Taxi)！結果我要即時由Airline 職員幫忙，臨時找當地另一酒店，當時十分狼狽及徬徨。現時我已返回香港，希望可向酒店討回已付費用。」

「Great stay for a family vacation. Great amenities for kids and safe for kids to play around the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very neat and clean. Pools are great. Heated pools will be even better. Maybe an idea for colder weather. 」

「Passengers confirmed that the service was not great and the owner was not professional. When the guys got to the hotel, it was clear that it hasn’t functioned as one in a while. The owner of the ‘hotel’ even wanted to charge the guys R4k for a room with a double bed and a sleeper couch as, according to him, there were only 2 rooms available. 」

「The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later…..」

「Perfekte Unterkunft um Tiere zu beobachten. Die Tiere kommen ganz nah, die Elefanten trinken aus dem Swimmingpool. Abends kann man nicht alleine vom Haupthaus zu den Zimmern da es keine Zäune o.ä. gibt und die Löwen, Elefanten und Leoparden einem jederzeit begegnen kann.」
