「There was only one ice machine operable for 3 floors. I was on the third floor and had to walk around until I found it. The room couls have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and leftover trash (i.e. old utensils on the floor) along with other pieces of trash. The TV is wY too small for Marriott ( just a like). TV isn't a complaint like the other items. From the checkin was good/ok.」

「Everything was nice and on point. The only issue was that there were no silverware or pots and pans in the rooms. After asking the staff why this was and I was informed that the reason was that past guest stole them or broke them which caused this hotel to not provide them anymore. But that was an easy fix and they apologized for that inconvenience. But other than that the hotel was perfect clean and smelled clean and nice.」

「Easy check in and room was recently updated. Very nice. Great for our family.」

「No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon.」

「They did not tell the WiFi password to us. They didn’t answer the call, And we had to go back to the front desk to ask. They also provide a wrong room initially」

「No one cleaned my room, I ran out of toilet paper, showerhead was broken in my room.」
