「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「Bed was clean and comfortable but it was nothing like advertised online... Needs lots of updates online with pictures.. Room wasn't what I wanted. Jacuzzi room is what I thought I requested.. But its not what I got.. It was a supposed to be a special night..」
